This SERVICE CONTRACT is an agreement between YOU and US. WE, US, OUR and PROVIDER refer to Northcoast Warranty Services, Inc., who is the party responsible to YOU for the benefits under this SERVICE CONTRACT. YOU, YOUR and CONTRACT HOLDER refers to YOU, the purchaser of this SERVICE CONTRACT and the Vehicle described in the DECLARATION PAGE of this SERVICE CONTRACT. WE have contracted with SunPath, Ltd., 25 Braintree Hill Park, Suite 100, Braintree, MA 02184, 888-990- 7786, hereinafter referred to as ADMINISTRATOR, to administer this SERVICE CONTRACT.
