This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Garcia-Chicoine Enterprises, Inc., PO Box 703, Milford, NE 68405 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated October 8, 2018 executed under City Directorial Order No. 20243, and County Contract C-18-0548, dated September 18, 2018 for On-Call Guardrail Repair and Replacement Services, MOU033, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
