THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this _2_9_ day of _September _, 20_2_2_ by and between Global Spectrum, L.P., d/b/a Spectra Venue Management, the manager and operator of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas, hereinafter referred to as "KBHCCD", and Dallas Independent School District Student Services, having its principal place of business at 9400 North Central Expressway, Suite 475, Dallas, TX 75231 hereinafter called “User.”
