This agreement identifies the party responsible for administration, and establishes the method or provision for funding, of applicable phases of mass transportation capital project(s) to support public transportation systems, as more fully described by Schedule A annexed to this agreement, or one or more duly executed and approved Supplemental Schedules A to this agreement. The amount of NYSDOT’s grant pursuant to this agreement shall be limited to reimbursement of Project Eligible Costs actually incurred, in no event to exceed $1,239,303 (the “Grant”)
