This Project Labor Agreement is entered into this day of , 2019, by and between the City of Martinez (hereinafter the “City”), together with contractors and subcontractors of all tiers, who shall become signatory to this Agreement by signing the “Agreement to be Bound” (Addendum A) (referred to collectively herein as the “Contractors/Employers”), and the Contra Costa County Building & Construction Trades Council (hereinafter the “Council”) and its affiliated local Unions that have executed this Agreement (referred to collectively herein as the “Union” or “Unions”).
