This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) for the Capitol Projects Engineering Support Project (“Project”) is made and entered into on this day of March 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Wilsonville, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and Water Systems Consulting, Inc., a California corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”).
