The University of St. Thomas (hereinafter “Authorizer”) and Community of Peace Academy (hereinafter “School”) are entering into this Agreement as of July 1, 2018 for the purposes of defining the responsibilities and obligations of each party with respect to the operation of a charter school. It is the intention of the parties that this Agreement will comply with all requirements of the Charter Law (as such term is defined below).
