, 2007 by and among ISO New England Inc., a Delaware corporation (“ISO”), the New England Power Pool (“NEPOOL”), an unincorporated association created pursuant to the NEPOOL Agreement that has been amended numerous times and twice restated, and the New England States Committee on Electricity, LLC (“NESCOE”). Collectively, ISO, NEPOOL and NESCOE may be referred to herein as the “Parties” and, individually, each may be referred to as a “Party.”
