THIS GRANT CONTRACT is made and entered into by and between the COUNTY OF LANCASTER, NEBRASKA, a county and political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "Sponsor", and The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska on behalf of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s University of Nebraska State Museum, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee". Individually, the Sponsor and the Grantee may be referred to as a “Party,” and collectively they may be referred to as “Parties.”
