THIS REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of June, 2017 (“Effective Date”), among the CITY OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, a Minnesota statutory city (the “City”), the HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, a public body corporate and politic organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the “Authority”) and EDINA MARKET STREET LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (the “the Developer”).
