THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT is entered into as of this ____ day of ________________, 2023, by and between the Community Reinvestment Agency of Marriott-Slaterville City, a political subdivision of the State of Utah (the “Agency”), and Weber County, (the “Taxing Entity”). The Agency and the Taxing Entity may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
