THIS FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Supplemental Indenture”) dated as of December 10, 2009 among Hanesbrands Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), the Subsidiary Guarantors (as defined below) and Branch Banking and Trust Company, a North Carolina state banking corporation, as trustee (the “Trustee”) under the indenture, dated as of August 1, 2008, between the Company and the Trustee (the “Base Indenture” and, as amended and supplemented by this Supplemental Indenture, in respect of the Notes, the “Indenture”).
