You are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of your Card. If you permit another person to have access to your Card, Card number, and/or Personal Identification Number (“PIN”), we will treat this as if you have authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons. You are wholly responsible for the use of each Card according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Primary Cardholder may request up to 4 Cards for authorized users by visiting our website at www.kfcu.org. All additional Cards provided to authorized users must be separately activated.
