Seller's place of shipment/export, and title and risk of loss or damage shall pass from Seller to AGILENT upon Seller's delivery of the Goods to the designated carrier at the place of shipment/export. If AGILENT agrees to pay for applicable freight charges and duties as part of the purchase price, shipment shall be DDP, and title and risk of loss or damage shall pass from Seller to AGILENT upon Seller’s delivery of the Goods to the "Ship To" address identified by AGILENT on the face of this Order.
