This Agreement is entered into as of October 1, 2021 between the City of Jacksonville (Employer) and the Northeast Florida Public Employees’ Local 630, Laborers’ International Union of North America (Union). It is the intent and purpose of this Agreement to assure a sound and mutually beneficial working and economic relationship between the parties hereto, to provide an orderly and peaceful means of resolving any misunderstandings or differences which may arise, and to set forth herein basic and full Agreement between the parties concerning the rates of pay, wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment. There are, and shall be, no individual arrangements contrary to the terms herein provided. Either party hereto shall be entitled to require specific performance of the provisions of this Agreement. It is understood that the City of Jacksonville is engaged in furnishing essential public services which vitally affect the health, safety, comfort, and general well-being of the
