This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of October 1, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), between Airus, Inc. (“Airus”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 840 South Canal, Chicago, IL 60607 and Verizon Maryland LLC (“Verizon”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware with offices at 1 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 (Verizon and Airus may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
