This Interconnection Agreement (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between Aliant Cellular, Inc. d/b/a ALLTEL (“Carrier), a Nebraska corporation, and United Telephone Company of the West d/b/a Sprint (“Sprint”), a Delaware corporation, hereinafter collectively, “the Parties”, entered into and effective this 12th day of April, 1999 (“Effective Date”), for a term ending November 1, 2000 (“End Date”).
