This Agreement for professional services and other deliverables (this “Agreement”), made and effective as of October 10, 2014 (“Effective Date”), by and between the State of Iowa, acting by and through the Office of the Chief Information Officer (the “Department”) and Eagle Creek Software Services, a corporation organized under the laws of Minnesota (the “Contractor”); each individually a “party” and collectively the “parties”. The parties enter into this agreement pursuant to authority granted to the OCIO, Iowa Code 8B.24 (5c).
