This EULA is a legal agreement between Skyhigh Networks, Inc., a Delaware corporation with principal offices at 1601 S. De Anza Blvd., Suite 248, Cupertino, CA 95014 (hereinafter "Skyhigh Networks") and the company or other form of legal entity (hereinafter “You”) whose duly-authorized representative indicated agreement with the provisions of this EULA as a pre-condition to being provided with the opportunity to access and/or otherwise use Skyhigh Networks’ proprietary software and related materials that are covered by this EULA.
