All applicants must use the attached FY 2015 Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Master Agreement as the contract clauses when applying for Federal assistance through the FY 2016 annual applications for any public transportation program(s) administered by the Office of Passenger Transportation, Michigan Department of Transportation.
