(dba Atrium), a Delaware limited partnership with its principal office at 3126 West Cary Street, Suite 727, Richmond, Virginia, 23221, (“Atrium”), and Collaborent Group, Ltd., an Ohio limited liability corporation, with its principal place of business at 6001 Cochran Road, Suite 333, Cleveland, Ohio 44139 (“Collaborent”). Throughout this Agreement, CCOG, Atrium, and Collaborent are referred to interchangeably as in the singular “Party” or in the plural “Parties.”
