THIS AGREEMENT is a grant agreement entered into between City of Newcastle (the “Grant Recipient”) and King County (the “County”) (collectively the “Parties”) for an active recreation, passive recreation, local trail, or other capital project in a park or recreational facility using a Parks Capital and Open Space Program grant.
