This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for provision of afterschool programs entered into this July 1, 2016 by and between the Caroline Human Services Council Inc., a not for profit corporation duly organized and operating under the laws of Maryland and having an office at 317 Carter Ave., Suite 100, Denton, Maryland 21629, hereinafter referred to as the Council; and the organization known as Caroline County Department of Recreation and Parks, a department of Caroline County, Maryland, a body politic and corporate and a political subdivision of the State of Maryland, hereinafter referred to as the Vendor.
