This Student Data Privacy Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into on the date of full execution (the “Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between: Champlain Valley School District, located at 5420 Shelburne Rd, Shelburne, VT 05482 (the “Local Education Agency” or “LEA”) and PowerSchool Group LLC, located at 150 Parkshore Dr., Folsom, CA 95630 (the “Provider”).
