This Agreement is made between Chelton Avionics, Inc. doing business as (d.b.a.) Canyon AeroConnect, a company incorporated in Delaware, USA, whose registered address is 6400 Wilkinson Drive, Prescott, AZ 86301 USA (“Supplier”) issuing the quotation and/or subsequent written acknowledgement of order in which these terms are referenced and the company issuing the purchase order for the Goods and / or Services (hereinafter the “Buyer”). Supplier and Buyer may be referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.

This Agreement Ref D016 (the “Agreement”) is made between Cobham TCS Limited (a company incorporated in UK, whose address is The Cobham Centre – Solent, Fusion 2, 1100 Parkway, Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Hampshire and fax nr is 01489 880538 (hereinafter the “Supplier”) issuing the quotation and/or subsequent written acknowledgement of order in which these terms are referenced and the company issuing the purchase order for the Goods (hereinafter the “Buyer”). Supplier and Buyer shall be known individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. This agreement shall become effective upon the date of the Supplier’s quotation or written acknowledgement of order as applicable.
