This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement,” the terms of which are sometimes referred to as the “Settlement”) is entered into by and between John Jacquess (“Jacquess”), April Spruell (“Spruell”), Achorea Tisdale (“Tisdale”), Jarrod Bolden (“Bolden”), Frieda Sims (“Sims”), and Sara Nunez (“Nunez”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”), on the one hand, and Snap RTO LLC (“Snap” or “Defendant”), on the other hand. Each of the foregoing is a “Party” (collectively, the “Parties”).
