This letter sets forth the agreement between St. Landry Homestead Federal Savings Bank, Opelousas, Louisiana (the “Bank”), whereby the Bank has engaged RP Financial to provide the conversion appraisal services in conjunction with the proposed standard stock conversion transaction.
