THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 1st day of January 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between BitFrontier Capital Holdings, Inc. f/k/a Purio, Inc., a Wyoming corporation (the “Corporation”), and Spencer B. Payne (the “Executive”), under the following circumstances:
