料金の変更 Concur. は、「注文書」に基づく定期料金について、自社の出張管理業務に関連する Concur の第三者コスト(グローバル流通チャネル (GDS) やその他同様の第三者料金など)の変更により該当する 「サービス」の Concur の顧客全体に課せられる全般的な料金変更の範囲内で、合理的な変更を適用する権利を有する。その場合、変更の発効日の 30 日前までに顧客に通知が行われるものとし、またかかるコストが Concur による上乗せなしにそのまま適用されることを条件とする。また、Concur は、Concur による 「クラウドサービス」の提供に関連して他の第三者システムプロバイダーから費用又は料金が発生した場合も、上乗せなしで顧客に転嫁することができる(GDS、ミッドオフィス及びバックオフィスのシステム、オンライン予約エンジンシステム、及びデータウェアハウジングシステムを含む)。
