ZVEŘEJŇOVÁNÍ VÝSLEDKŮ. 5.1 Institution and Investigator may publish or present the results of the Trial generated by Institution and Investigator (the “Trial Results”) either: (i) with the advance written consent of Gilead; or (ii) 2 years after the completion of the Trial at all participating institutions (each, a “Publication”). Investigator will submit all proposed Publications along with the name of the intended scientific journal, forum or conference, to Gilead prior to submission of the Publication (30 days prior for manuscripts and 15 days for abstracts and oral presentations). Institution and Investigator will delete references to Gilead’s Confidential Information in any paper or presentation and, at Gilead’s request, delay such Publication for up to 45 days in order to permit Gilead to obtain appropriate intellectual property protection on any Confidential Information contained in the Publication. 5.1

ZVEŘEJŇOVÁNÍ VÝSLEDKŮ. 5.1 Nothing under this Agreement shall be deemed to grant Institution the right publish or present the results of the Trial generated by Investigator at the Institution (the “Trial Results”). 5.1 Tato Smlouva nedává Zdravotnickému zařízení právo publikovat nebo prezentovat výsledky Klinického hodnocení, jichž dosáhne Zkoušející ve Zdravotnickém zařízení (xxxx xxx „Výsledky Klinického hodnocení“). 6.
ZVEŘEJŇOVÁNÍ VÝSLEDKŮ. Hlavní zkoušející a Zdravotnické zařízení uznávají, že Studie je hodnocení prováděné v rámci jediného pracoviště a že k dosažení smysluplných závěrů o cílových parametrech Studie jsou zapotřebí kombinované údaje v rámci Studie. Hlavní zkoušející a Zdravotnické zařízení jsou nicméně při dodržení dále uvedených ustanovení oprávněni referovat o metodice a výsledcích Studie na symposiích a na celostátních a regionálních odborných setkáních a zveřejňovat je v časopisech, diplomových a disertačních pracích nebo v jiných publikacích. (a) In no event will any such presentation or publication disclose any Confidential Information (excluding Study results). (a) V žádném případě nesmí být v těchto prezentacích nebo publikacích obsaženy Důvěrné informace (kromě výsledků Studie).
