Common use of Zoning Requirements Clause in Contracts

Zoning Requirements. Incumbent shall be responsible for compliance with all zoning requirements applicable to the System and its Facilities, including, but not limited to, the Leased Premises. Incumbent shall advise Pathnet of zoning requirements, which, in the reasonable opinion of Incumbent, differ from those generally applicable to microwave facilities. Pathnet shall provide to Incumbent all required information and shall reasonably cooperate with Incumbent in connection with Incumbent's compliance with all zoning requirements pursuant to this Section 10.2.
