ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS. The MIT shall develop the Salish Expansion Project only in accordance with: the zoning designations applicable to the Xxxxxx Parcel; the use classifications and regulations applicable to those designations as specified in the Snoqualmie Municipal Code (“SMC”) Section 17.15.050 (Planned Residential (PR)), Section 17.20.050 (Planned Commercial Industrial (PCI)), and Sections 17.20.020(C)(2), 17.20.030 - .040 and Chapter 17.55 (Business Retail 2)); and the Development Standards and Mitigation Measures set forth in this Agreement.

  • Employment Standards Act Where the provisions of the Employment Standards Act exceed those within this agreement such provisions shall apply.
