Zero Hash Services. The Zero Hash Services may be made available to you via a third-party desktop, mobile, or web application or via the Zero Hash web portal or API, as the case may be. The method through which this Agreement is made available to you, either via a third party or directly from Zero Hash, shall dictate the terms applicable to you as noted below. By registering an Account with Zero Hash either through the Platform (as defined below) or with Zero Hash directly, you will be able to:

Zero Hash Services. Participant acknowledges and authorizes Zero Hash to, and agrees that Zero Hash shall have the authority to, take all actions it considers necessary or appropriate to, among other things:
Zero Hash Services. Zero Hash provides the Zero Hash Services to Participant to support such Participant’s trading on a Transaction Platform. Zero Hash Services may include acting as Calculation Agent, Money Transmitter, and Custodian for both Fiat Currency and Digital Assets. Such Zero Hash Services shall be provided to Participant via the Zero Hash System, through which Participant may provide instructions or initiate other acts in relation to the Zero Hash Services. The Zero Hash Services shall be provided upon the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement below.
Zero Hash Services. The Zero Hash Services will be made available to you via the Meridian North America, Inc. (“Business”) desktop or mobile application(s) or website(s) (the “Platform”), or, if applicable, directly through the Zero Hash System (defined below). The method through which this Agreement is made available to you, either via a third party or directly from Zero Hash, shall dictate the terms applicable to you as noted below. By registering an Account with Zero Hash either through the Platform , you will, if permitted by the Platform, be able to:
Zero Hash Services. By registering an Account with Zero Hash, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, you will be able to: (i) enter into cryptocurrency transactions through Coinmama’s mobile application or website(s) (the “Platform”) to purchase and sell supported cryptocurrencies (purchase and sell transactions are referred to herein, collectively, as “Cryptocurrency Trades ”); (ii) instruct through the Platform the deposit and withdrawal of cryptocurrencies to and from Zero Hash ; (ii) direct Zero Hash, through the Platform, to send cryptocurrency from your available balance to other cryptocurrency Coinmama and Zero Hash joint customers (a “P2P Transaction”. Cryptocurrency Trades and P2P Transactions are collectively “Cryptocurrency Transactions”), (iii) receive Cryptocurrency Transaction confirmations through the Platform; (iv) store cryptocurrency in one or more hosted cryptocurrency wallets (“Hosted Wallets” defined further below); and (iv) track your Cryptocurrency Transactions and Hosted Wallet balance(s) through the Platform, (collectively, the “Services”).
Zero Hash Services. By registering an Account with Zero Hash, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, you will be able to: (i) enter into cryptocurrency transactions through the Currency Com US LLC (“Business”) desktop application, mobile application or website(s) (the “Platform”) to purchase supported cryptocurrencies in exchange for U.S. dollars; (ii) sell cryptocurrencies (purchase and sell transactions are referred to herein, collectively, as “Cryptocurrency Trades ”); (ii) direct Zero Hash to send cryptocurrency from your available balance to other Business and Zero Hash joint customers (a “P2P Transaction”. Cryptocurrency Trades and P2 Transactions are collectively “Cryptocurrency Transactions”), (iii) receive Cryptocurrency Transaction confirmations through the Platform; (iv) store cryptocurrency in one or more hosted cryptocurrency wallets (“Hosted Wallets” defined further below); and (iv) track your Cryptocurrency Transactions and Hosted Wallet balance(s) through the Platform, (collectively, the “Services”).

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Ambulance Services Ground Ambulance This plan covers local professional or municipal ground ambulance services when it is medically necessary to use these services, rather than any other form of transportation as required under R.I. General Law § 27-20-55. Examples include but are not limited to the following: • from a hospital to a home, a skilled nursing facility, or a rehabilitation facility after being discharged as an inpatient; • to the closest available hospital emergency room in an emergency situation; or • from a physician’s office to an emergency room. Our allowance for ground ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided. Air and Water Ambulance This plan covers air and water ambulance services when: • the time needed to move a patient by land, or the instability of transportation by land, may threaten a patient’s condition or survival; or • if the proper equipment needed to treat the patient is not available from a ground ambulance. The patient must be transported to the nearest facility where the required services can be performed and the type of physician needed to treat the patient’s condition is available. Our allowance for the air or water ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.
