Your Warranty. You represent, warrant, and covenant to Payment Gateway that Your use of the Value-Added Services and any information gathered by You in connection with use of a Value-Added Service: (a) will be fully compliant with all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules, and regulations; (b) will be in accordance with all applicable Services Documentation; and (c)will not be used for any purpose other than in connection with the Value-Added Service.
Your Warranty. 10.1 You hereby warrant to MendIT that you have not been induced to enter into these Terms by any prior representations or warranties, whether oral or in writing, except as specifically contained in these Terms and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive any right you may have to claim damages for any misrepresentation not contained in these Terms or for breach of any warranty not contained herein (unless such misrepresentation or warranty was made fraudu- lently) and/or to rescind these Terms.

You represent and warrant that (i) in relation to the Services, you will comply with all applicable laws, codes, regulations and ordinances in all material respects; (ii) you have any and all consents and authorizations as may be necessary for Bazaarvoice to provide the Services; (iii) your websites upon which the Services are deployed do not contain any material which is defamatory, promotes illegal activity, or contains hate speech.
Your Warranty. You warrant to VeriSign and anyone who relies on your Certificate that (a) all the information you provide to VeriSign is accurate; (b) no Certificate information you provided (including your e-mail address) infringes the intellectual property rights of any third parties; (c) the Certificate Application information you provided (including your email address) has not been and will not be used for any unlawful purpose; (d) you have been (since the time of its creation) and will remain the only person possessing your private key and no unauthorized person has had or will have access to your private key; (e) you have been (since the time of its creation) and will remain the only person possessing any challenge phrase), PIN, software, or hardware mechanism protecting your private key and no unauthorized person has had or will have access to the same; (f) you are using your Certificate exclusively for authorized and legal purposes consistent with this Agreement; (g) you are using your Certificate as an end-user Subscriber and not as a Certification Authority issuing Certificates, Certification revocation lists, or otherwise; (h) each digital signature created using your private key is your digital signature, and the Certificate has been accepted and is operational (not expired or revoked) at the time the digital signature is created; (i) you manifest assent to this Subscriber Agreement as a condition of obtaining a Certificate. You also agree that you will not monitor, interfere with, or reverse engineer the technical implementation of the VTN, except with the prior written approval from VeriSign, and shall not otherwise intentionally compromise the security of the VTN.

You represent and warrant to us: • You have the authority to enter into this Addendum and perform its obligations hereunder and all information supplied by you to us is accurate and true; • You will provide all reasonable assistance to us and our subcontractors in providing the Service set forth herein; • Authorized Users will only use the Service for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations and with our reasonable instructions, rules, policies, specifications, terms and conditions, and operating procedures and will not violate any law of any country or the intellectual property rights of any third party; • Authorized Users will only transmit acceptable eligible Items for deposit and will handle the original Items following transmission to us as agreed; • Each Item an Authorized User deposits is payable to you or your business • The Items have not been altered; • Each Item bears all applicable endorsements in a format as directed by us; • All the warranties set forth in and subject to applicable laws and regulatory agencies;
