GENESYS CLOUD SCHEDULE This Genesys Cloud Schedule contain terms and conditions that govern Your access to and use of the Genesys Cloud Service (as defined below).
Your Users. If you maintain a “Team,” “Enterprise,” or other multi-user subscription plan, Smartsheet will allow you to create logins for Your Users, subject to any limits on the number of users for your subscription described on the Site, your subscription order, or your invoice. Each login (i.e., email address and password) may be used only by a single individual. You are responsible for all use and misuse of the Online Service that occurs under your and Your Users’ login credentials, and you agree to notify Smartsheet of any unauthorized access or use of which you become aware.

If you exceed the maximum number of Creators specified on our Site for your subscription tier, you will be charged for additional Creators at the rate stated on the Site.
Your Users. You (including any users authorized by you) must comply with these Terms. In addition, if You offer your application for use by others outside of your entity, You must maintain a user agreement and a legally compliant privacy policy for your application that is; (i) consistent with these Terms, and (ii) prominently identified or located where users download or access your application. You must immediately notify us in writing of any breach of your user agreement or privacy policy that impacts, or may impact, customers or users of Markforged’s products or services.

  • Your Data Subject to the limited rights granted by You hereunder, We acquire no right, title or interest from You or Your licensors under this Agreement in or to Your Data, including any intellectual property rights therein.

  • Other Users If required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or if the Parties mutually agree, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, to allow one or more Parties to use the Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, or any part thereof, Interconnection Customer will be entitled to compensation for the capital expenses it incurred in connection with the Interconnection Facilities based upon the pro rata use of the Interconnection Facilities by Transmission Owner, all non-Party users, and Interconnection Customer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually-agreed upon methodology. In addition, cost responsibility for ongoing costs, including operation and maintenance costs associated with the Interconnection Facilities, will be allocated between Interconnection Customer and any non-Party users based upon the pro rata use of the Interconnection Facilities by Transmission Owner, all non-Party users, and Interconnection Customer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually agreed upon methodology. If the issue of such compensation or allocation cannot be resolved through such negotiations, it shall be submitted to Dispute Resolution pursuant to Section 12 of the Tariff.
