Your System. For purposes of this Agreement, a System is defined as a single Dell PC System purchased by you for your home use comprised of the following components: monitor; central processing unit (CPU); input device (such as a keyboard); a data storage device (such as a disk drive) (called the “System”). This Agreement is valid on a System purchased in the United States only. The Services to be provided under this Agreement, as described below, apply only to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

How to Use Your Service:
Your System. You are responsible for (a) obtaining, deploying and maintaining Your internal website(s), services, and other equipment and software used in the conduct of Your business, and all computer hardware, software, modems, Terms of Service routers and other communications equipment necessary for You to access and use the Services via the Internet; (b) contracting with third-party ISP, telecommunications and other service providers to access and use the Services via the Internet; and (c) paying all third-party fees and access charges incurred in connection with the foregoing. Except as specifically set forth in this Agreement, Licensor shall not be responsible for supplying any hardware, software or other equipment to You under this Agreement.
Your System. For purposes of this Agreement, a System is identified as a Dell system comprised of the following components: monitor; central processing unit (CPU); input device (such as a keyboard); a data storage device (such as disk drive); and any other components that are described specifically on your invoice or are standard components (at the time of purchase) of the model of the Dell System You purchased. Dell is pleased to provide Consumer In-home Hardware Service (the “Service(s)”) via Dell Authorised Service Provider1 for select server, storage, desktop and notebook systems, mobility products, projectors, monitors and printers (“Supported Product(s))” as defined below) in accordance with this Service Description (“Service Description”) as described on your invoice. In addition to the features below, this Service provides technical support options, service parts and related labor services to repair and/or replace defect(s) in workmanship occurring within the hardware service period applicable to Customer’s Supported Product(s) (“Qualified Repair(s)”).

In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.

  • Functionality Customer is entitled to additional functionality previously purchased or bundled with the software if available in the version or update released on or after the start date of the Agreement. Customer acknowledges that certain functionality in current and previous software versions may not be available in future upgrades.   • Broadband Services Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to and without limiting Section 2 above and Section 4.4 below), when XO seeks access to a Hybrid Loop for the provision of "broadband services," as such term is defined by the FCC, then in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a) and the Arbitration Orders, Verizon shall provide XO with nondiscriminatory access under the Amended Agreement to the existing time division multiplexing features, functions, and capabilities of that Hybrid Loop, including DS1 or DS3 capacity (where impairment has been found to exist, which, for the avoidance of any doubt, does not include instances in which Verizon is not required to provide a DS1 Loop under Section 3.4.1 below or is not required to provide a DS3 Loop under Section 3.4.2 below) on an unbundled basis to establish a complete transmission path between the Verizon central office serving an end user and the end user's customer premises. This access shall include access to all features, functions, and capabilities of the Hybrid Loop that are not used to transmit packetized information.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section.
