You agree that you are solely responsible and liable for any and all breaches of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, whether such breach results from your use of the Service or by another person who uses your computer. You agree to contact the Company immediately upon the occurrence of any change in the status of your account (e.g., change in individuals authorized to use your account) for the purpose of updating your account information.
