Your Staff. Your personnel who contact Us for Support assistance must be reasonably knowledgeable regarding the Products (including the major release of Software and/or Hardware) and the current issue for which You require help.
Your Staff. You will ensure that your staff are available to provide assistance as reasonably required to enable us to provide the Services. Where specific members of your staff are required this will be agreed between us and set out in the SoW. You will be responsible for ensuring that your staff have the appropriate skills and experience. In the event that any of your staff fail to perform as required we may request that additional or alternative staff are made available.
Your Staff. 7.1. In order to complete the Work, Bruntonspall Ltd may require access to your staff and suppliers. This will be specified in the order summary.
Your Staff. 3.2.1 You agree to ensure that your staff provide all assistance we reasonably require to enable us to provide the services. You will be responsible for ensuring that your staff have the appropriate skills and experience.
Your Staff. 5.4.1 You’ll keep a workforce of sufficient number and ensure they’ve the right skills to be able to deliver the Qualifications. If we ask you, then you’ll check that your staff have the right skills and qualifications for the assessment of any particular Qualification(s) as detailed in the relevant Qualification(s) Specification or Occupational Competence Guidelines.
Your Staff. You will ensure that your staff are available to provide such assistance as IBM reasonably requires and that IBM is given reasonable access to your senior management, as well as any members of your staff to enable IBM to provide the Services. You will ensure that your staff have the appropriate skills and experience. If any of your staff fails to perform as required, you will make suitable additional or alternative staff available.
Your Staff. You will ensure that your staff is available to provide such assistance as Lykke reasonably requires and that Lykke is given reasonable access to your senior management, as well as any members of your staff to enable Lykke to provide the Services.
Your Staff. 7.1. In order to complete the Work, Pilot Works may require access to your staff and suppliers. This will be specified in the order summary.
