Your Right to Reject. If you don’t want this Arbitration Provision (and any prior arbitration agreement between you and us ("Prior Arbitration Agreement")) to apply, you may reject it by mailing us a written rejection notice which gives the name of each Cardholder and contains a statement that you (both of you, if more than one) reject the Arbitration Provision of this Agreement.   • Right to Reject Notwithstanding Buyer’s rights pursuant to Sec. 8.5 and save other rights pursuant to this Order, Buyer may reject any goods within 2 months from the delivery if they are materially defective and in Buyer’s reasonable assessment do not allow a commercially reasonable use.
