Your Responsibilities and Restrictions. (a) You represent, warrant, and agree that: • you will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances and the like, including privacy laws and intellectual property laws; • you will not post inappropriate, inaccurate, illegal, or objectionable content to the Site or use the Services to do or promote anything that is unlawful, illegal, misleading, tortious, defamatory, or libelous; • you will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to information, accounts, computer systems or networks retained on or connected to any server hosting the the Services through hacking, password mining or any other means; • you will not interfere with any third party's use and enjoyment of the Sites or the Services; • you will not use or access the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the server hosting the Sites or the networks connected to any server hosting the Sites; • and • you have sufficient right, title, interest in and to, the User Content and have obtained all necessary written authorization, consents, and permissions (including any patient authorizations, if necessary) as may be required for compliance with applicable local, state, national, and international laws, statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances and the like, including HIPAA and other privacy laws, governing the privacy and security of personal information, including medical or other sensitive data, to enable you to provide the User Content to PredictionHealth for our intended use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

If You are not the Meteorological Authority in Your country, (i) it is a condition precedent to the Contract (including this Licence Agreement) taking effect that you get permission from the Meteorological Authority in Your country in order to use the API in accordance with this Licence Agreement and (ii) You shall promptly inform Us if such Meteorological Authority suspends or terminates such permission.
