Common use of Your Representations Clause in Contracts

Your Representations. You represent that you are eligible to accept and continue employment, and that you have not previously been, are not currently and will not be subject to any agreement or obligation which would bar or limit your ability to perform your duties and responsibilities with the Company. You also represent that all information you have submitted to the Company as part of any application process and your prior employment with the Company, including without limitation your resume, application for employment and employment records, is true and complete.
