You are responsible for reading any and all information provided to you by MOIS, your Representative and to the extent applicable the Qualified Custodian(s), Product Sponsors, and Third-Party Money Manager with regard to your retirement plan (including but not limited to this Agreement, accompanying disclosure documents, plan documents, and prospectuses). • You will not lend or borrow money or securities to or from your Representative.
