Your Property. You release us, our agents and employees from all claims for loss of, or damage to, your personal property or that of any other person, that we received, handled or stored, or that was left or carried in or on the Vehicle or in any service vehicle or in our offices, whether or not the loss or damage was caused by our negligence or was otherwise our responsibility.

A covered loss will be payable after a satisfactory proof of loss is received and the amount of the loss has been established either by written agreement with you or the filing of an appraisal award with us. FWI agrees that all assets, content and intellectual property supplied by You (“Your Content and Property”), including any derivative works of your Content and Property, shall remain the exclusive property of You. FWI shall treat (and take precautions to ensure that its employees, contractors, agents and representatives treat) your Content and Property in accordance with the requirements, conditions and exceptions set forth below.
Your Property. All property belonging to You or any of Your employees, agents, or invitees, shall be at the risk of such person only and We shall not be liable for damages thereto or for theft or misappropriation thereof.

You release us, our agents and employees from all claims for loss of or damage to your personal property, including digital data or information from any mobile device that you link to any telematics device or system in the Vehicle, or that of any other person, that we received, handled or stored, or that was left or carried in or on the Vehicle or in any service vehicle or in our offices, whether or not the loss or damage was caused by our negligence or was otherwise our responsibility. The Vehicle may be equipped with an infotainment system that permits you to pair your own mobile devices, and which may download your personal contacts, communications, location or other digital data. If you pair your device during the rental, you should unpair it and wipe all personal information from the Vehicle’s systems before returning it.
