You shall not take any steps which would cause us to fail to observe the standard of behaviour reasonably expected of persons in our position and will comply with all applicable laws and rules and requirements applicable to you or us and disclose to us promptly any complaint, regulatory investigation, or disciplinary action or any other development that may have a material impact on your ability to provide the Services in accordance with Applicable Regulations.
