Common use of Your Notice Clause in Contracts

Your Notice. You may terminate the Consulting Period at any time upon two (2) weeks’ written advance notice. If the Consulting Period is terminated by you for any reason, you will be entitled to all Consulting Fees (or pro rata portion thereof) and equity vesting earned through the last date that you provide consulting services, but you shall not receive any Consulting Fees or continued equity vesting through the scheduled end of the Consulting Period.
