YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Atlassian collects data about you when you use its products or services, or otherwise interact with it. You must register for an account with Atlassian in order to place Orders or access or receive Software. Your registration information must be accurate, current and complete. You must keep your registration current so that Atlassian and linkyard may send notices and other information to you by email.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP. (A) It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not exercise beyond your capabilities, and to refer to a medical professional if you have any health concerns prior to joining a Club, and at any stage during the term of your membership. You agree to make yourself aware of any relevant rules, warning notices and instructions displayed within the Club. You agree to accurately complete any relevant questionnaires which may be issued by the Club in relation to your health. We reserve the right to terminate your membership for safety reasons in the event that a relevant medical professional advises that use of the Club is unsuitable for you and/or you have a disability for which reasonable adjustments cannot be made by the the Club.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP. 3.1 By submitting your application for membership to us, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement (as may be updated, amended or supplemented by us from time to time and notified to you in writing).
YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Your password will have to be strictly confidential, very strong, highly secured and will be kept totally secret. Your account is strictly personal and cannot be shared with anyone. You agree to follow the law and all our rules and you are entirely responsible for anything that occurs via your account unless duly reported to us. Any Premium purchased by a third party for you to use (employer, company etc.), the party paying for the Premium Service controls such an account and can terminate the access at anytime.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP. You'll keep your password a secret. You will not share an account with anyone else and will follow our rules and the law. As between you and others, your account belongs to you. You agree to: (1) try to choose a strong and secure password; (2) keep your password secure and confidential; (3) not transfer any part of your account (e.g., connections, groups) and (4) follow the law and the Dos and Don'ts below. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close it or report misuse. Note that for Premium Services purchased by another party for you to use (e.g. Recruiter seat bought by your employer), the party paying for the Premium Service controls such an account (which is different from your personal account) and may terminate your access to it.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP. 4.1. Your membership of the Gym is personal to you and you cannot let any other person use your membership, or give your membership to any other person unless we agree in writing. If you want to transfer your membership permanently to another person, you should ask us in writing. We will not necessarily agree, but we will consider your request fairly. Any proposed replacement member would need to give us the same types of information you gave us on joining, they would need to agree to these terms, and they would be subject to a fitness assessment. If we agree that you can transfer your membership to that other person, we will inform you in writing. In this circumstance, you will need to pay a reasonable administrative charge to deal with our costs of transferring your membership.
