Your Liability for Unauthorized Wire Transfers. Except as otherwise provided by law, you shall be liable for any loss or damage to which your negligence contributed or which resulted in unauthorized, fraudulent, or dishonest acts by your current and/or former authorized representatives. Such liability includes instances when a current or former authorized representative effects one or more wire transfers or improper use of telephone security procedures to effect a wire transfer to your detriment.
