YOUR CASH ADVANCE CREDIT LIMIT. Your Cash Advance transactions are subject to a Cash Advance Credit Limit. Your Cash Advance Credit Limit is a portion of your general Credit Limit and is only available to the extent that you have an amount available under the general Credit Limit for your Account. Your initial Cash Advance Credit Limit is an amount equal to twenty percent (20%) of the Credit Limit disclosed to you when we open your Account. We may increase or decrease your Cash Advance Credit Limit at any time, in our sole discretion. We will notify you of any change in your Cash Advance Credit Limit as may be required by applicable law. Changes to your Cash Advance Credit Limit may take effect before you receive such notice. Your Billing Statement will disclose your Available Cash as of the closing date of your Billing Cycle, which will be the amount of your Cash Advance Credit Limit that is available for Cash Advances. You agree that you will not exceed your Cash Advance Credit Limit that we establish for your Account. Without limiting our other rights under this Agreement, including our rights under the “Default” section, you agree that if either: ● you exceed your Cash Advance Credit Limit at any time, or ● your Account balance exceeds your Credit Limit at any time, you will immediately pay us for the full amount of the excess. You understand that, in certain instances, authorization for a Cash Advance transaction may be denied even though you have adequate availability under your Cash Advance Credit Limit. For example, your request for a Cash Advance may be declined if: ● the ATM or other electronic terminal and/or its authorization system is not working properly, ● we have been notified that your Card has been reported as lost or stolen, or it has been cancelled, ● we suspect fraud in your Account, ● the ATM, financial institution or merchant does not have sufficient cash available, or ● other circumstances beyond our control (such as a loss of power, or the existence of a force majeure event as described elsewhere in this Agreement).

  • Credit Limit 1. The Allocation Platform shall calculate and continuously update the Credit Limit of each Registered Participant in respect of each subsequent Auction. The Credit Limit shall be equal to the amount of the collaterals in place minus any outstanding payment obligations. In case of a Bank Guarantee such Bank Guarantee shall be only considered if the requirements in Article 20 related to its validity for the respective Auction are fulfilled. The Allocation Platform shall make this information available to each Registered Participant individually through the Auction Tool.

  • Credit Line If your application is approved by us, this agreement will constitute a revolving line of credit for an amount which will be the credit line under your Account. We will advise you of the amount of your credit line. That amount will be the maximum amount you may have outstanding at any time. You agree not to attempt to obtain more credit than the amount of your credit line. However, if you temporarily exceed your credit line, you agree to repay the excess immediately, even if we have not yet billed you. Obtaining such credit does not increase your credit line and if you exceed your Credit Limit repeatedly, we may suspend your credit privilege under this Agreement. We retain the right to increase or decrease your credit line at any time for any reason. Any increase of reduction on the limit of your credit line will be shown on your monthly statement or by separate notice together with any changes in the applicable minimum monthly payments. Your eligibility for this credit line is determined by our loan policy and may be terminated at our sole discretion, without demand or notice. You may close your credit line at any time by notifying us in writing and returning all Cards cut in half. If you terminate this Agreement or if we terminate or suspend your credit privileges, the provisions of this Agreement and your liability hereunder shall otherwise remain in full force and effect until you have paid us all sums due under this Agreement and returned all Cards.

  • Credit Limits 18.1 The Client understands that:

  • Applicable credit limit Each supplementary cardmember must not carry out card transactions such that the outstanding balance incurred by such supplementary cardmember exceeds the lower of the credit limit assigned to such supplementary cardmember or the account credit limit. The basic cardmember and all supplementary cardmembers must not carry out card transactions such that the total outstanding balance respectively incurred by them exceeds the combined credit limit.

  • Cash Advances An Finance Charge will be imposed on cash advances from the date made or from the first day of billing cycle in which the cash advance is posted to your account, whichever is later, and will continue to accrue until the date of payment.

  • Cash Advance Fee If you request a Cash Advance, in addition to the Interest Charge which will accrue on the Cash Advance, you agree to pay a fee of three percent (3%) of the amount of the Cash Advance subject to a minimum fee of $10.00.

  • Funding Availability This Contract is at all times subject to state appropriations. The Department makes no express or implied representation or guarantee of continued or future funding under this Contract. The Department has, as of the date of the execution of this Contract, obtained all requisite approvals and authority to enter into and perform its obligations under this Contract, including, without limitation, the obligation to make the initial payment or payments required to be made under this Contract on the date or dates upon which such initial payment or payments may otherwise be disbursed during the current contract period, (i.e., Sept ember 1, 2015, through August 31, 2017). The Grantee acknowledges the Department’s authority to make such payments is contingent upon the Texas Legislature's appropriation to the Department of sufficient funds and the availability of funds to the Department for such purpose. If the State of Texas or the federal government terminates its appropriation through the Department or fails to pay the full amount of the allocation for the operation of any grant or reimbursement program hereunder , or the funds are otherwise unavailable, the Department may immediately and without penalty reduce payments or terminate this Contract, in whole or in part. Upon termination of the Contract or reduction of payments, the Grantee shall return to the Department any unexpended funds already disbursed to the Grantee. Neither the Department nor the State of Texas shall incur liability for damages or any loss that may be caused or associated with such termination or reduction of payments. The Department shall not be required to give prior notice for termination or reduction of payments.

  • Funds Availability Policy Your Ability To Withdraw Funds. Our policy is to delay the availability of funds from your cash and check deposits. During the delay, you may not withdraw the funds in cash and we will not use the funds to pay checks that you have written. Determining the Availability of a Deposit. The length of the delay is counted in business days from the day of your deposit. Every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. If you make a deposit before closing on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit after closing or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day we are open. The length of the delay varies depending on the type of deposit and is explained below. Same-Day Availability. Funds from electronic direct deposits to your account will be available on the day we receive the deposit. Next-Day Availability. Funds from the following deposits are available on the first (1st) business day after the day of your deposit: • U.S. Treasury checks that are payable to you. • Wire transfers. • Checks drawn on us. If you make the deposit in person to one of our employees, funds from the following deposits are also available on the first (1st) business day after the day of your deposit: • Cash. • State and local government checks that are payable to you. • Cashier’s, certified, and xxxxxx’s checks that are payable to you. • Federal Reserve Bank checks, Federal Home Loan Bank checks, and postal money orders, if these items are payable to you. If you do not make your deposit in person to one of our employees (for example, if you mail the deposit), funds from these deposits will be available on the second (2nd) business day after the day we receive your deposit.

  • Line of Credit Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Bank hereby agrees to make advances to Borrower from time to time up to and including April 2, 2015, not to exceed at any time the aggregate principal amount of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00) (“Line of Credit”), the proceeds of which shall be used to finance Borrower’s working capital requirements. Borrower’s obligation to repay advances under the Line of Credit shall be evidenced by a promissory note dated as of May 1, 2012 (“Line of Credit Note”), all terms of which are incorporated herein by this reference.

  • Travel Advances The University will, to the extent permitted by State law and rule, provide travel advances, upon request, of up to eighty (80) percent of budgeted expenses for authorized travel of longer than five (5) consecutive days.
