You shouldn't use your Card after its expiry date. lf you charge anything to your Card or have a recurring payment after your Card has expired, you're responsible for immediately paying the amount owing to us, together with any interest or fees that are payable.

  • Card Expiration The Card will expire no sooner than the date printed on the back of it. You will not be able to use the Card after the expiration date; however, a replacement will be automatically mailed to you prior to the expiration of the soon-to-expire Card. If you need a replacement for any reason other than at the time of the Card’s expiration, you may request one at any time by following the procedures in the sub-section above captioned “Card Replacement.”

  • Contract Expiration The contract shall expire 120 days after the final services have been rendered.

  • Expiration Date Each Letter of Credit shall expire at or prior to the close of business on the earlier of (i) the date one year after the date of the issuance of such Letter of Credit (or, in the case of any renewal or extension thereof, one year after such renewal or extension) and (ii) the date that is five Business Days prior to the Maturity Date.

  • Listing Period Extension The Commission shall be due if the Property is sold, conveyed, exchanged, optioned, or otherwise transferred within _ _ days (“Extension Period”) after the expiration of the Listing Period to anyone with whom the Broker or Agency has negotiated unless the Property is listed, in good faith, with another real estate agency. The term “negotiation” shall include providing information about the Property, showing the Property, or presenting an offer on the Property. All rights under this Section shall terminate upon the expiration of the Extension Period.

  • Contract Expiration / Automatic Renewal At the end of its term, this Agreement will expire, or at Energy Harbor’s option, automatically renew for a term less than or equal to its initial term unless you affirmatively cancel the Agreement. If this is a renewal Agreement and you do not affirmatively cancel as outlined in your notice of renewal, then your Retail Electric Service from Energy Harbor will automatically renew as outlined in your notice of renewal. In these advance notifications, Energy Harbor will explain your options, which may include renewing the Agreement, the specified rate, proposed changes if any, and what actions you must take to cancel the Agreement.   • COMMENCEMENT/EXPIRATION DATE This instrument is executed as of the date of last signature and is effective for five years from that date, at which time it will expire unless extended.

  • Standby An employee who is required to remain available for duty on standby, outside the normal working hours for that particular employee, shall receive standby pay in the amount of $3.30 per hour for all hours on standby. Effective September 29, 2016, where such standby duty falls on a paid holiday, as set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions, the employee shall receive standby pay in the amount of $4.90 per hour. Standby pay shall, however, cease where an employee is called into work under Article 15.06 above and works during the period of standby.

  • Services Term Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Service that you order will start at the earlier of (a) your first use of the Service, (b) the date you purchased the Service, or (c) the start date contained in the Order Form, and, in each case, will end at the expiration of the Services Term unless sooner terminated as set forth below. Subscriptions automatically renew for successive terms of the same duration as the original Services Term, unless either party gives written notice to the other party of its intention not to renew at least thirty (30) days before the expiration of the applicable Services Term. Any Services that you order must be consumed during the applicable Services Term and any unused Services will expire.
