Your Booking. 3.1 You can place a booking Online or Offline. You will be required to provide the name, email and telephone number of the Xxxxxx and/or at least one lead Guest. You will have the opportunity to verify and correct any information relating to your booking at each stage, before confirming the booking. To complete your booking, you will be required to accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not place your booking. All bookings are strictly subject to acceptance of these Terms.
Your Booking. 2.1 The Client must be at least 21 years of age when they book the Venue, Accommodation and/or Services.
Your Booking. That a booking is not confirmed until a completed hire agreement form has been received and agreed, and that the hire cost has been paid in full. The PCC reserves the right to cancel the booking if: exceptional, unforeseen circumstances arise; there is any breach of these conditions; or there is misstatement or material omission in connection with the hire agreement form, particularly relating to the purpose of hire. If the Hirer wishes to cancel the booking and the PCC is unable to arrange a replacement booking, the PCC may, at its absolute discretion, refund the fees but shall be under no obligation to do so. In the event of the PCC cancelling the booking all fees paid by the Hirer shall be refunded. That the premises may be inspected to assess suitability for the purpose for which they are hired. That in the event of an important and previously unplanned service such as a funeral taking place in the church, it may be necessary for the activity to be relocated or cancelled. If cancelled the hire charge would be refunded in full. That no tenancy is intended to be created between the PCC and the Hirer and no relationship of landlord and tenant exists between them.
Your Booking. 3.1 All bookings are provisional until we have confirmed it with you. The booking will be confirmed only when the Contract is signed by you and the deposit received by us (see clause 4.1).
Your Booking. 1. You cannot transfer or resell your booking (in whole or in part). If you transfer or resell (or attempt to transfer or resell) then The Lancaster Hotel & Spa will terminate your booking and retain anymoney paid to us for such booking. We may also refuse to take any further booking from you in the xxxxxx.Xx making a Lancaster Hotel & Spa room booking you agree to not use the hotel or its facilities toconduct any commercial activity or activity that seeks to gain profit without prior written consent from us.The Lancaster Hotel & Spa reserves the right to terminate your booking and retain any money paid to usfor such booking if we believe that you are in full or part breach of this provision.
Your Booking. In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements we need to use the Information you provide such as name, address, any special needs/dietary requirements etc. We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels, transport companies etc. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law. Additionally, where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We will not however, pass any information onto any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements. (If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.) Usually other principal (such as our local agencies) will pass this information onto their suppliers once we have provided it to them. These details will not be used by us outside of our own marketing to you (please see our booking form which requests us to or not to send marketing material). You are entitled to a copy of your information held by us. If you would like to see this please ask us. [We may make a small charge for providing this to you]. Marketing We will hold your information, where collected by us, and may use it to inform you of offers in the future. If you do not wish to receive such approaches in the future, please advise us by phone, email or tick the relevant box on our booking form.

Your Booking a. Properties are available for certain periods during the Season. The availability periods for each Property are available from the Agency upon request. Most availability periods are listed on our Website and on our Particulars. The availability periods are subject to change at short notice entirely at the Owner’s or the Agency’s discretion.
Your Booking. 2.1 When the Hirer makes a rental booking, the Owner will endeavour to provide a vehicle of the vehicle class requested together with any additional equipment, subject to availability.
